Frequently Asked Questions

How do we deliver?

We can deliver your frozen curry order  to most areas within the UK, our courier will travel over night and your order is packed inside an insulated box.  All orders are delivered frozen.

For some areas within Merseyside we will send out our driver at an agreed time.

How long does it take to deliver ?

When I receive your order I will get in touch with you ( within 24 hours ) and arrange a convenient date.  My food is cooked on demand.

In some instances it may take a little longer to prepare ( if you have ordered a large quantity for example ).  Delivery to you is usually overnight once we have had it picked up by a specialist courier.

Where do you deliver to ?

We deliver to most UK addresses, however we can not ship to Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland.

We also can not ship to Isle of Man, Isle of White or the Shetland Isles. If you have any concerns about living in a remote area and delivery please contact us before making an order.

What if I am not in when my frozen curry order arrives ?

I understand that waiting around for a deliver is not the best way to spend a day.  After making your order you can specify where to leave it ( with the neighbour or with a friend ). When the courier contacts you with a delivery time they will also give you alternatives. Please remember though, it is frozen and you will need to get your order into the freezer.

Is my order frozen upon arrival ?

Your order will be cooked and blast frozen to just below -40 C. It will packed into an insulated box with dry ice. This behaves like a small freezer. These boxes have been tested and will keep food frozen for upto 24 hours.  If your items have thawed due to delayed delivery times, hot weather etc…please take a video/photo and send them to us. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

Do we cater for any allergies ?

Unfortunately we can not change our list of ingredients for our frozen range.

We have highlighted any allergens that the products may contain.

How long can I keep the currries in my freezer at home ?

We would always recommend that you store for no longer than 3 months. Each product will have a best before date on the label.
