This is my mum’s Chickpea Pilau Rice recipe. It has not changed since I was child and my family love this when they desire something a little more tastier than just plain steamed rice.

Its packed full of flavour, protien and fibre. My version is always a crowd pleaser when my vegan or vegetarian friends come over for dinner.
